Biography
Born in Tokyo, Katsuya Kobayashi is a veteran male actor and voice actor affiliated with Bungeiza. He joined Bungeiza Institute in 1966 and was promoted to member in 1969. For over 60 years, he has continued to perform in Bungeiza's stage productions, earning him the title of a grand veteran. He is known for his role as the elderly Olivander in the Harry Potter series (voiced by John Hurt) and also voiced Willis in the film Ghost in the Shell 2.0.
