Born and raised in Haku-san city, Tsurugi, a town near Haku-san Hie Shrine in Ishikawa Prefecture. He is a mid-career male voice actor under Axelle Wan. He possesses a clear and pure voice quality nurtured in a town surrounded by shrines, and excels in roles such as Shinto priests, male shrine maidens in Japanese fantasy, and characters with a sacred atmosphere. Due to the many sake breweries in his hometown, he is also knowledgeable about sake.
